Dear NSRP Business Technologies Community,

Register now for the upcoming NSRP Business Technologies “Virtual” Panel Meeting. This meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 23^rd, 2023 from 10am – 12pm (Eastern) / 9am – 11am (Central) / 7am – 9am (Pacific) to allow the Panel Membership to present and review Business Technologies Panel Projects in response to the FY24 Panel Project Solicitation (Summary slides attached). Once registered, you will receive a link to the ZoomGov meeting.

This meeting will give soliciting project teams an opportunity to present, request participation, and discuss their panel project proposal with the voting members of the BT Panel. It will be an excellent opportunity to socialize your project topic and get feedback that may help you receive more votes.

Panel project submitters, please plan on a total of no more than 5 minutes to discuss your project concept, approach and benefits.  We will then allow an additional 5 minutes for discussion and questions. However, depending on the number of projects that are submitted to present during the meeting, we may adjust those times.

We are asking that anyone who plans on presenting a topic, please email your project quad to both Jamie Breakfield, james.breakfield@hii-ingalls.com and Patrick Roberts, patrick.roberts@ssi-corporate.com so that we can collectively determine the number of proposal topics that will be discussed so we give each proposer equal opportunity to present their projects. Please use the attached quad chart template, and send your project ideas to us before COB on Monday, August 21^st. *Please remember that this meeting will be open to the public and cannot include any sensitive information.

We will be sending out voting instructions to our voting panel members following the BIDS submittal deadline for Panel Projects.
